At EMW LAW, we believe in transparency and fairness in our pricing. This means that instead of charging hourly rates, we set fixed fees for specific actions and services within a case, which are then grouped into bundled packages that correspond to different stages of the matter.

• Most cases begin with an initial retainer fee, which includes expenses, and must be paid before we start work.

• As your case progresses, additional fees may be required at different stages.

• The total cost of legal representation depends on the specific services needed and rendered.

• Not every fee listed will apply to every case—you only pay for the services you receive.

• All fees are due when invoiced.
